Honest is a women-owned business founded by partners, Jennifer Bannan and Sarai Bartels. Together they have worked on numerous instantly recognizable campaigns for some of the biggest brands throughout the Hudson Valley. Their work has influenced where people choose to live, start a business and go to college.

Before starting Honest Creative, Jennifer served as the Director of Marketing and Advertising at several agencies in the Hudson Valley, where she managed numerous accounts across a wide variety of industries. Jennifer started her career in New York City managing the creative process for brands such as Citibank, Jergens, Revlon and Starburst.

When Jennifer isn’t working, she is busy managing a household filled with boys, including her Golden Retriever, Tanner, who is usually the most well‑behaved.

With a keen strategic approach and a strong design skill set, Sarai is the creative force behind Honest. Able to both design and code, she provides a unique one-shop method that streamlines web development into a fluid process. Before starting Honest, Sarai produced creative for regional, national and international brands at several agencies throughout the NY Metro region, and in-house the USTA.

Outside of the office, you can find Sarai roaming the aisles of her local Home Depot, refinishing furniture in her garage or playing with her rescue dog, Meiko.
